Hot Vinyasa Power Flow Yoga
Hot Vinyasa Power Flow combines balancing and standing postures with flowing movement. Within the flow of the practice, strength moves are incorporated to further enhance the power element of the flow. This class does include upbeat music purposely chosen to enhance the experience and get us into the Fuda Flow. Hot yoga promotes flexibility, improves circulation, and can flush out toxins.
Hot yoga will increase the heart rate which adds to the cardio experience of the Vinyasa Power Flow. All levels are welcome.
Prepare to sweat & have fun!
In Inside Flow, you are singing a song with your body. During the Inside Flow class, different flow sequences are connected with different genres of music. By the end of class, the sequences are linked together as one long flow connected to the beat of your breath and the beat of the music.
According to the founder, Young Ho Kim, “Music is the language of the heart. It helps us to convey feelings through motion in Inside Flow.”
"It is an evolution of Vinyasa Yoga."
This class is practiced with little to no heat.
INSIDE FLOW
YOGA
yoga basics
In a basics yoga class, you can expect a well-structured session that begins with grounding and relaxation. This is followed by gentle warm-up stretches and breathing exercises to enhance mindfulness and breath control. The instructor introduces foundational yoga poses, guiding students with alignment cues for safety and effectiveness. Flowing sequences may be incorporated to improve coordination. The class ends with cool-down stretches, a final relaxation in Savasana, and possibly a closing meditation or mindfulness practice.
In our intermediate yoga class, the practice becomes more dynamic and challenging. Participants are expected to have a solid foundation in basic yoga poses and a good understanding of alignment. The class typically delves deeper into a wider variety of yoga asanas, including inversions, arm balances, and more complex postures. Sequences become more intricate, requiring increased strength, flexibility, and balance. Pranayama (breathing exercises) may become more advanced, enhancing breath control and mental focus. You're going to hold that pose and let your muscles vibrate with energy. Students can deepen their practice and develop a deeper connection between mind, body, and spirit.
