Dreaming Tree Yoga began as a place to move, breathe, and connect, a community rooted in authenticity and growth. Over time, that vision expanded. What started as a studio has now evolved into a studio and a school of yoga! A space where students not only practice but also learn to teach, to lead, and to live yoga beyond the mat.

 

We are proud to share that Dreaming Tree Yoga is now a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga School (RYS 200), officially approved to offer a 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training program.

 

Our program honors the traditions of yoga while embracing creativity, modern movement, and style. Through this training, you’ll explore philosophy, anatomy, sequencing, and the art of teaching, all while deepening your understanding of self and community.

 

This milestone reflects our continued commitment to providing meaningful, transformative education, and to helping each student find their own voice, both on and off the mat.
