Dear Yogis,

If you’ve been showing up on your mat week after week, breath after breath, and you feel that quiet whisper inside saying, “There’s more to this, I want to go deeper,” this message is for you.

You already know yoga is not just poses. It’s the calm you feel in Savasana. It’s the strength you didn’t know you had. It’s the way you now pause before reacting. It’s the way you hold space for yourself and, without trying, for others too.

That whisper? It’s your heart telling you it’s time to take the next step.

Teacher training is not about becoming “perfect” or having all the answers. It’s about giving yourself permission to fall in love with this practice all over again from the inside out.

It’s about learning to guide others the way you wish someone had guided you on your hardest days. It’s about turning your passion into something you can share whether that’s teaching one class a week, leading friends through flows, or simply living your yoga more fully off the mat.

At Dreaming Tree Yoga, our 200-hour training is a small cohort, trauma-informed, and heart-centered. We’ll laugh, we’ll cry, we’ll sweat, and we will grow together.

If you’re feeling the pull…trust it.

The world needs more teachers who lead from a place of real experience. Who know what it feels like to hide in the bathroom after their first hot class (hi, that was me). Who understand that yoga is healing, not performance.

Your mat has already changed you. Now imagine what happens when you step off it and help change someone else.

Spring 2026 is calling. Limited spots available.

If your heart just said “yes”…listen to it.

With all my love and belief in you,
Jess
